Q: What is the free shipping minimum?
A: Free shipping on all prepaid orders. COD orders may have a small delivery charge.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We require unboxing video for any issues. Exchange will happen only if the product is damaged or wrong product is recieved. Product must be unused and in original packaging.

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product.
Q: What if my product arrives damaged?
A: Please WhatsApp us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and the unboxing video. We will replace it immediately.

Q: How long will the jewellery last?
A: With proper care, our jewellery lasts 1–2 years easily.
Q: How do I care for my jewellery?
A: Store in a dry pouch, avoid water and perfume contact, clean with a soft dry cloth.
